Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that appointment times are reserved specifically for you. In order to respect both my time and other clients, the following cancellation policy is in place:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for completed services.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
